El servicio de transporte no est\u00e1 incluido en la garant\u00eda.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; color: #222222; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;\">El Comprador reconoce y acepta que pueden presentarse peque\u00f1as imperfecciones naturales e inherentes al material, en el cuero, la tela, la madera, el vidrio, el m\u00e1rmol y otros de los productos; que corresponden a normalidades en el est\u00e1ndar del producto por ser piezas artesanales \u00fanicas, hechas a mano por ebanistas, tapiceros o artesanos; y las cuales no podr\u00e1n ser interpretadas como defectos de fabricaci\u00f3n para efectos de la garant\u00eda pues se deben considerar como normales y parte del est\u00e1ndar del producto. As\u00ed mismo, el Comprador acepta que se le inform\u00f3 sobre los cuidados y mantenimiento que debe efectuar a los productos que recibi\u00f3.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; color: #222222; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;\">Para hacer efectiva la garant\u00eda, el Comprador deber\u00e1 remitir a <b>ZANETTI MUEBLES S.A.S.<\/b>: (i) Copia de la factura de compra; (ii) Fotograf\u00edas y descripci\u00f3n que comprueben el da\u00f1o o los defectos del producto; (iii) Descripci\u00f3n sobre el proceso de cuidado y mantenimiento que el cliente efectu\u00f3 en los productos. Una vez <b>ZANETTI MUEBLES S.A.S.<\/b> reciba dicha solicitud, realizar\u00e1 un estudio preliminar y dar\u00e1 aviso detallado al Comprador sobre la procedencia o no de la garant\u00eda.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; color: #222222; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;\">En caso de que la garant\u00eda aplique debidamente, <b>ZANETTI MUEBLES S.A.S.<\/b> proceder\u00e1 a la reparaci\u00f3n del producto. Si se demuestra que la falta persiste, el Comprador podr\u00e1 solicitar, a su elecci\u00f3n: (i) que se proceda a una nueva reparaci\u00f3n; o (ii) que se proceda al cambio parcial o total del producto. El comprador reconoce y acepta que pueden presentarse retrasos en las reparaciones y\/o cambio de productos por cu\u00e1nto algunas piezas dependen de la disponibilidad de proveedores y tiempos de importaci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; color: #222222; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;\">En caso de realizar la nueva compra, que complemente un pedido previamente entregado al cliente, el comprador reconoce y acepta que se pueden presentar algunas variaciones en tonos, texturas o dem\u00e1s caracter\u00edsticas f\u00edsicas de los materiales, entendiendo que \u00e9stas resultan propias de la materia prima y la mano de obra artesanal.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; color: #222222; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;\">Los productos de saldo y\/o colecciones anteriores no tienen cambio.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; color: #222222; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;\">Para muebles, sobre defectos de fabricaci\u00f3n en estructura, tienen garant\u00eda de uno (1) a\u00f1os.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; color: #222222; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;\">Para muebles tapizados la garant\u00eda por defectos de fabricaci\u00f3n es de un (1) a\u00f1o calendario contado desde la fecha de entrega del producto.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; color: #222222; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;\">Los textiles, tienen garant\u00eda de 6 meses.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; color: #222222; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;\">No cubrimos da\u00f1os ocasionados por un mal uso, trato o manipulaci\u00f3n inadecuada realizada por el cliente.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; color: #222222; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;\">No cubrimos deterioros en estructura, materiales y tapizados ocasionados por uso indebido, golpes, exposici\u00f3n a factores como luz solar y artificial, intemperie, humedad, utilizaci\u00f3n de productos de limpieza inadecuados y por incumplimiento a los consejos dados para el cuidado de los muebles. La garant\u00eda se cubre mediante arreglo o cambio de acuerdo con criterio de <b>ZANETTI MUEBLES S.A.S.<\/b>, despu\u00e9s de haber llevado a cabo la respectiva revisi\u00f3n t\u00e9cnica.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; color: #222222; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;\">No se considera susceptible de garant\u00eda lo siguiente:<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; color: #222222; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;\">El tono en la madera puede diferir un poco de una pieza a otra, pues por tratarse de un producto natural, cada pieza puede reaccionar de forma diferente a las lacas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; color: #222222; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;\">Las marcas o defectos en las pieles (cuero) como rayones de cicatrices, son consideradas normales, pues son las marcas sufridas por el animal en su actividad de pastoreo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; color: #222222; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;\">Los colores de los muebles pueden diferir un poco dependiendo del aparato (computador, tablet o celular) en que lo est\u00e9s viendo. Es causal de p\u00e9rdida de la garant\u00eda si el cliente decide hacer modificaciones al producto por el mismo o terceros no autorizados.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; color: #222222; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;\">No hacemos devoluciones de dinero.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; color: #222222; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;\">En caso de cambios por garant\u00eda, se proceder\u00e1 a la reparaci\u00f3n del producto. De no resultar posible su reparaci\u00f3n o cambio por falta de stock o existencias del producto cuando se trata de productos de l\u00ednea no especiales ni artesanales, se proceder\u00e1, a elecci\u00f3n del cliente, al cambio del producto por uno de similares caracter\u00edsticas o especificaciones t\u00e9cnicas de resultar posible. Los productos adquiridos por el Comprador ser\u00e1n aqu\u00e9llos que se describan en la orden de pedido que hace parte integral de este documento, as\u00ed:<\/span><\/p>\n<ol style=\"margin-top: 0cm;\" start=\"1\" type=\"1\">\n<li style=\"color: #222222; text-align: justify; line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;\">Autorizaci\u00f3n tratamiento de datos personales<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; color: #222222; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;\">El comprador autoriza expresamente a <b>ZANETTI MUEBLES S.A.S. <\/b>a utilizar sus datos personales para ser: Informado sobre los productos y servicios que \u00e9ste ofrezca; recibir informaci\u00f3n comercial, publicitaria e invitaciones a eventos.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; color: #222222; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;\">As\u00ed mismo, est\u00e1 de acuerdo en que los datos que se han suministrado sean compartidos con las dem\u00e1s entidades de ZANETTI MUEBLES S.A.S., con el fin de que \u00e9stas puedan informarle acerca de sus productos y servicios, bien sea mediante e-mail, correo postal, tel\u00e9fono, fax, SMS o medios similares.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm; line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Times New Roman',serif; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-font-kerning: 0pt; mso-ligatures: none; mso-fareast-language: ES-CO;\"><br \/><!-- [if !supportLineBreakNewLine]--><br \/><!--[endif]--><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0cm; text-indent: 0cm; line-height: normal;\"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; mso-fareast-font-family: Arial; color: #222222; mso-font-kerning: 0pt; mso-ligatures: none; mso-fareast-language: ES-CO;\">2.<span style=\"font: 7.0pt 'Times New Roman';\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span><\/span><!--[endif]--><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; color: #222222; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;\">Entrega y servicio de transporte,\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm; line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Times New Roman',serif; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-font-kerning: 0pt; mso-ligatures: none; mso-fareast-language: ES-CO;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: normal;\"><b><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; color: #222222; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;\">ZANETTI MUEBLES S.A.S. <\/span><\/b><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; color: #222222; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;\">efectuar\u00e1 el transporte del producto a la locaci\u00f3n que el comprador indique sin cargo adicional cuando sea en Bogot\u00e1 D.C. y\/o municipios de la regi\u00f3n metropolitana de la Capital. En caso de que la entrega sea en municipios distintos de los mencionados, corresponder\u00e1 al Comprador organizar y contratar por su cuenta y costo el servicio de transporte, <b>ZANETTI MUEBLES S.A.S. <\/b>no se har\u00e1 responsable por dicho transporte.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; color: #222222; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;\">El servicio de transporte y entrega asumido por ZANETTI MUEBLES S.A.S., NO incluye: (i) subida y bajada del producto por fachada, vac\u00edos, terrazas u otras; (ii) subida y bajada del producto por escaleras cuando se superan los 3 pisos; (iii) otras maniobras especializadas. <b>ZANETTI MUEBLES S.A.S. <\/b>no realizar\u00e1 excepci\u00f3n alguna a las condiciones aqu\u00ed expuestas y el comprador se compromete a realizar las gestiones necesarias, oportunas y completas para recibir el producto.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; color: #222222; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;\">El Comprador reconoce y acepta que al ser piezas \u00fanicas y artesanales las que componen el producto adquirido, el tiempo de entrega podr\u00e1 verse alterado por retrasos en los tiempos de importaci\u00f3n, disponibilidad de insumos de proveedores, escasez de material, u otros.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm; line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Times New Roman',serif; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-font-kerning: 0pt; mso-ligatures: none; mso-fareast-language: ES-CO;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; color: #222222; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;\">3. Garant\u00eda de los productos<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; color: #222222; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;\">La garant\u00eda del producto <b>ZANETTI MUEBLES S.A.S. <\/b>por defectos de fabricaci\u00f3n ser\u00e1 de uno (1) a\u00f1os contados desde la fecha de entrega conforme a lo detallado en este documento anteriormente. El servicio de transporte no est\u00e1 incluido en la garant\u00eda.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; color: #222222; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;\">El Comprador reconoce y acepta que pueden presentarse peque\u00f1as imperfecciones naturales e inherentes al material, en el cuero, la tela, la madera, el vidrio, el m\u00e1rmol y otros de los productos; que corresponden a normalidades en el est\u00e1ndar del producto por ser piezas artesanales \u00fanicas, hechas a mano por ebanistas, tapiceros o artesanos; y las cuales no podr\u00e1n ser interpretadas como defectos de fabricaci\u00f3n para efectos de la garant\u00eda pues se deben considerar como normales y parte del est\u00e1ndar del producto. As\u00ed mismo, el Comprador acepta que se le inform\u00f3 sobre los cuidados y mantenimiento que debe efectuar a los productos que recibi\u00f3.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm; line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Times New Roman',serif; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-font-kerning: 0pt; mso-ligatures: none; mso-fareast-language: ES-CO;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; color: #222222; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;\">Para hacer efectiva la garant\u00eda, el Comprador deber\u00e1 remitir a ZANETTI MUEBLES S.A.S.: (i) Copia de la factura de compra; (ii) Fotograf\u00edas y descripci\u00f3n que comprueben el da\u00f1o o los defectos del producto; (iii) Descripci\u00f3n sobre el proceso de cuidado y mantenimiento que el cliente efectu\u00f3 en los productos. Una vez <b>ZANETTI MUEBLES S.A.S. <\/b>reciba dicha solicitud, realizar\u00e1 un estudio preliminar y dar\u00e1 aviso detallado al Comprador sobre la procedencia o no de la garant\u00eda.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm; line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Times New Roman',serif; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-font-kerning: 0pt; mso-ligatures: none; mso-fareast-language: ES-CO;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; color: #222222; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;\">En caso de que la garant\u00eda aplique debidamente, <b>ZANETTI MUEBLES S.A.S. <\/b>proceder\u00e1 a la reparaci\u00f3n del producto. Si se demuestra que la falta persiste, el Comprador podr\u00e1 solicitar, a su elecci\u00f3n: (i) que se proceda a una nueva reparaci\u00f3n; o (ii) que se proceda al cambio parcial o total del producto. El comprador reconoce y acepta que pueden presentarse retrasos en las reparaciones y\/o cambio de productos por cu\u00e1nto algunas piezas dependen de la disponibilidad de proveedores y tiempos de importaci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm; line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Times New Roman',serif; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-font-kerning: 0pt; mso-ligatures: none; mso-fareast-language: ES-CO;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; color: #222222; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;\">En caso de realizar la nueva compra, que complemente un pedido previamente entregado al cliente, el comprador reconoce y acepta que se pueden presentar algunas variaciones en tonos, texturas o dem\u00e1s caracter\u00edsticas f\u00edsicas de los materiales, entendiendo que \u00e9stas resultan propias de la materia prima y la mano de obra artesanal.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-bottom: 0cm; line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12.0pt; font-family: 'Times New Roman',serif; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-font-kerning: 0pt; mso-ligatures: none; mso-fareast-language: ES-CO;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; color: #222222; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;\">4. Pol\u00edticas de cancelaci\u00f3n y devoluci\u00f3n de dinero<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; color: #222222; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;\">Si el pedido de los productos se realiza conforme a las especificaciones del cliente, o se fabrican de forma personalizada, el comprador NO podr\u00e1 retractarse, ni cancelar el pedido, ni solicitar la devoluci\u00f3n del dinero, sin importar situaciones de garant\u00eda con los productos, las cuales se regir\u00e1n por lo enunciado en el numeral 2. En casos de retrasos en la entrega menores a 60 d\u00edas calendario respecto a la fecha de promesa de entrega, el comprador no podr\u00e1 retractarse, ni cancelar el pedido, ni solicitar la devoluci\u00f3n del dinero.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; color: #222222; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;\">Una vez entregado el producto, no ser\u00e1 posible solicitar la cancelaci\u00f3n del pedido y\/o la devoluci\u00f3n del dinero. A partir de ese momento, el Comprador s\u00f3lo podr\u00e1 solicitar el tr\u00e1mite de la garant\u00eda, cuando a ello haya lugar.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; color: #222222; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;\">5. Tiempo de almacenaje<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"line-height: normal;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; color: #222222; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;\">Una vez el pedido est\u00e9 listo y el asesor haya anunciado o confirmado la fecha de entrega, el cliente contar\u00e1 con 30 d\u00edas para programar la entrega de los productos.
